Man school work is a real bitch, i have too much to do man. I haven’t gotten to do a thing
. I miss going on Animesynergy.com and discussing the latest anime episodes and the kewlness of anime on a whole.
Gone are my idle days playing Silkroad (one of the coolest mmorpgs… ever). Where i am still stuck on lvl 25 because i cant get to play enough to actually lvl. No more techjamaica.com. *sigh*
The one thing i can be glad about is that when i am finished with all this schoolwork i will be a money making fiend. But for the time being this is too much work
I still am really excited about learning japanese, and I must add that i am now able to read and write hiragana and a few katakana. I can read manga now, i just cant translate it, but i can at least write the roomaji. Gimme a few more months and i’ll be a translating fiend!!! i’ll be Animesynergy’s first manga translator
. Damn i am so happy to be learning japanese it would seem like i am majoring in it, but no i am actually a history major… funny huh… a computing genius doing history to become a lawyer. What a strange world we live in

My first week of UWI is officially over. I must say it was quite the week.
I am yet to take my ID picture so that I can finally get a UWI ID (I promise to do this next week).
I haven’t said it before so I will say it now, I am in the faculty of Humanities majoring in History. I am enjoying my classes so far, they have all been great, now its just the wait until the massive work reaches me and the stress begins :(. Japanese class is especially fun, I am learning to write Hiragana and Katakana and a little Kanji and to speak the language as well. So I am hoping by the time I am finished with UWI I will be able to have a conversation with somebody in Japanese
Takahashi Sensei (my Jap teacher) is a really cool teacher, she was born and grew up in Japan and speaks 4 different languages (Japanese, French, Spanish, English) and I must say that she gets the cool teacher of the week award
Partied on Thursday night, got frazzled (tipsy) but it was still a great night, lots of girls and rum and the wining and stuff.
But all in all thats my first week of UWI, met new friends, reunited with old ones… now i have to go and study my Hiragana alphabet.
